Scott W. Celley was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1995 after receiving his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University Law School. Mr. Celley also completed his undergraduate work at Rutgers where he majored in Computer Science. Additionally, he holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
